An employee identification card issued to Malcolm Philip Johnson by the Great A & P Tea Co. which was a chain grocery store which had a branch located in Washington Depot. The employee card is typed and has Malcolm's social security number, than his full name, address, and name of the company. At the top of the card is typed "FOR OFFICE USE ONLY." There is nothing written on the back of the card. According to 1940 census data Malcolm was working as a store clerk. |
