   Boyhood home of Senator Orville Platt, located at 98 Wykeham Road in Washington, Connecticut. The Platts were abolitionists and this house is thought to have been a stop for slaves on the Underground Railroad. This house was once the home of Mr. Miles Aspinwall and his sister, Miss Sarah Aspinwall. More recently it was part of the Wykeham Rise School.
