  1. 2011.33.22 - Case, Writing

A dark blue writing case, that looks like a journal/diary. The initials "M.W.V" are on the front, indicating it was probably owned by Marion Wightman Vaillant. It contains a lock on the outside, and inside it has a pad paper and a pad of envelopes (the pads are not attached to the book) with small compartments at the top (possibly a stationary). "Cross London" is inscribed on the inside.

A wooden and rubber Shepaug Market address stamp with a wooden handle stained red. The stamp reads, "SHEPAUG MARKET, INC. WASHINGTON DEPOT, CONNECTICUT 06794", which can also be read on one of the sides of the stamp's head (which is a light colored wood). At the top of the handle, it reads, "AMERICAN RUBBER STAMPS WATERBURY CONN."
