A small colored photograph of Helen Wersebe with some of her fellow graduates of the class of 1931 of Yale School of Nursing sitting on sand and grass (most of the women have a quarter profile in the photo). "X-3" is written on the back in pencil. The photo was taken at their 35th class reunion. A piece of paper was attached that lists the names of everyone in the photo.
