Black and white postcard-photograph of Dodge Farm on 45 Sunny Ridge Road in Washington, CT. The front and left side can be seen, showcasing the house's many windows. A single chimney on the top-right side can be seen through the trees planted in front of the house. The dirt driveway curves from the front of the house and disappears off to the right, flanked on the right by a mailbox. A low stone wall can be seen on the bottom left-hand corner of the building, perpendicular with the house's retaining wall flanked by tall bushes or immature trees. In black in on back: (under "Name and Address Here") "Miss Elsa Hasbrouck, 2414 Cheston Ave, New York City, N.Y." and (under "Correspondence Here") "I hope you had a Merry Christmas and will have a Happy New Year.
