Postcard of the Loomarwick Inn on Lake Waramaug in New Preston, Connecticut. The front top half of this black and white postcard shows the inn and boathouse with West Shore Road in between. The bottom half of the front of the postcard shows the following advertising text: "The Loomarwick on Lake Waramaug. Come to the Loomarwick, on this beautiful 5 mile lake, for a vacation of happy days and restful nights. Fine golf, sandy beach, bathing, boating, fishing, shuffle board, saddle horses, dance orchestra. Delightfully located in The Litchfield Hills, 80 miles from New York, via NY NH and HRR, bus or motor. Hot and cold water in all rooms or private bath. Moderate rates. Restricted patronage.
