Large Connecticut state flag, a central gold scroll surrounds three bunches of grapes appliqued on a navy blue field. Appliqued in red fabric below: "Qui Transtulit Sustine." A white border is stitched along the left side with three grommets. White coiled rope is aattached to the white band with an open hoop at each end. Machine stitched. The gold and red fabrics are heavy and appear waterproof.
