    Heavy, 3-legged cast iron cooking pot. Body is of round (or bulbous) form with bulging sides, narrowing near the top then flaring out; two vertical mold seams separate horizontal sections. Pointed ears at each end hold arched wire handle. Raised elongated line ("gate" casting mark) on bottom of pot. NOTE: wire bail probably not original (Douglas.Schlicher.)

    A flat, round rotating grill with parallel bars, mounted on the center rivet of a 3-legged stand with an extending handle. Handle is "shouldered" and pierced at the end. (Note F 061 finer than F 065).

    Rectangular dish, 2-handled, with compatment for hot water. Blue and white, decorated on the top with oriental motifs: Pavillions, boats, bridge, in a river landscape within blue diaper borders. Decorated on the sides with sprigs of flowers. One handle with opening at the top for filling compartment with water, other handle decorated with one flower; both handles are pierced.

    (a) Ceramic plate, round, set in a shallow metal pan with two ring handles and a stoppered "funnel" for pouring hot water into. (b) Domed metal lid with black handle on top. Metal body of dish quite shiny (possibly chrome) with 5 feet. Lid tarnished. Plate center is plain but decorated around the flattened edge with a floral scroll in blue. Trade mark on bottom: SS and Co.
