Two parts - A large hook (5" X 2 3/4") which is a curved hook for attaching, not hanging. Attached to the hook is a cylinder, napkin ring size, width 1 3/4" diam. at one open end and 1 1/2" at the other open end. In the ring there is one hole 3/8" diam. The ring is attached to the hook permanently as it is welded on by a closed hook.
