Description |
Large and simple yellow ware stoneware mixing bowl used in the home kitchen for food processing. Bowl is yellow because of the clay used in yellow ware. The bowl design is a simple thin cinnamon line followed by two thin white line followed again by a thin cinnamon line that covers the circumference of the bowl. Bowl has no maker marks or signature, but was produced in the United States, likely in the Northeast or Ohio Valley. Bowl shows very distinct glaze crazing, especially on the inside bottom. |
