A name tag that reads, "Helen Wersebe 'Reba'" in blue marker ink. The back of the tag reads, "Pilgrim Badge - Boston 15, Mass." toward the bottom. It was with other items relating to the graduating class of 1931 from Yale Shool of Nursing, so it may have been from one of Helen Wersebe's class of 1931 reunions.
