Wooden pulley wheel made of layers of wooden pieces approximately 1" wide & 6 1/2" long; connected through middle with cross pieces of wood with hole for shaft. Shaft was connected to drive wheel and the pulley would have had a flat leather or fiber belt. A mill would have had several sizes of pulley wheels depending on job to be done.
